  • How much do I have to pay for delivery?
    Delivery is free for Project 10 subscriptions.
  • How often do you ship?/ When will I receive my coffee packets after subscribing?
    Delivery will be made 7-10 days after payment is made.
  • What should I do if I do not receive my coffee packets?
    First, verify that your shipping address is correct. If the address is correct, and you are unable to locate it, please contact admin@cravein.co with subject stating ‘missing parcel’ and ‘order ID’.
  • What is Project 10?
    Project 10 is a subscription plan introduced to our pioneer subscribers. Whenever you share with a friend to join CRAVEIN using your referral link, you will be rewarded with cashbacks! You will receive your bonus once your friend also signs up for Project 10 subscription plan. But wait, there’s more – not only will you receive cashbacks from referring your friends, you can earn extra cashbacks if your referred friend refers to his/her own friends! In short, you will receive cashbacks not only from the friends you have shared with, but also from anyone within your lineage of referral. ​ Please note, this cashback is limited to the pioneer subscribers only, while slots last.
  • How do I subscribe to Project 10?
    Subscription can be made at any day of the month.
  • What will I receive when I sign up for this subscription package?
    You will receive 3 packets of CRAVEIN Organic Coffee every month.
  • How often will my subscription plan be automatically renewed?
    Plans will be auto-renewed every month, and charges will be deducted from your credit card on each billing date (You may refer to ‘Manage My Memberships’ under Subscriptions to view your plan’s next billing date). As no notifications will be given, you are strongly advised to monitor your billing cycle. If you do not wish to keep your plan, please remember to cancel them before your next billing date.
  • How do I cancel my subscription plan?
    You may cancel your plan at any time. Go to ‘Manage My Memberships’ under Subscriptions. Cancellations will take effect on the next billing date.
  • I purchased the subscription plan by mistake. Can I get a refund?
    Subscription plan is non-refundable. If you wish to unsubscribe, remember to “Cancel Plan” before the next billing date.
  • Will CRAVEIN make changes to the plans I am currently subscribed to?
    We reserve the right to make any changes to your plan at any point in time. Please note that Project 10 subscription plan is of limited availability and once it is fully subscribed, it will no longer be available.
  • How does the cashback work?
    1. SIMPLY share CRAVEIN’s product with unlimited number of loved ones and friends using your unique referral code. ​ 2. At the end of the month, you will receive $5.55 for each successful monthly subscription by your loved ones and friends.
  • How long does the cashback last?
    You will continue to receive your cashbacks every subsequent month, for as long as you and your friend(s) remain a Project 10 subscriber.
  • How and when will I receive the cashback?
    We presently offer Paylah!, PayNow and debit into your bank account during the last week of the month. The CRAVEIN team will contact you to discuss your preferred mode of payment.
  • Is there a cap to the amount of cashback that I can receive?
    The cap of cashback varies for every subsequent year you continue as a pioneer subscriber. Year 1 - 2: S$2000 Year 3 - 4: S$3000 Year 5 - 9: S$5000 Year 10: S$10,000
  • Why didn’t I get the cashback?
    Your cashback might not have been tracked due to the following reasons: 1. Your friend keyed in the referral code wrongly. 2. Your friend may have ordered through other third-party platforms instead, and did not purchase the Project 10 subscription plan on our official website. 3. There was a cancellation of your friend’s order. Cashback is only awarded for every successful purchase and will not be awarded for cancellations.
  • What are the modes of payment available?
    We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Please note that your credit card will be charged on a monthly basis.
